Amending Rule 5.1.2 of the Kosrae State Legislature’s Rules of Procedure, to allow a Senator to be deemed present when participating through any virtual platform to be able to engage in the conduct of any legislative session and to further clarify that Senators participating remotely must engage via video conference while having their cameras on throughout the legislative session in order to be considered present for quorum count, voting and attendance purposes.
