To amend State Law No. 13-176, by amending the total amount of $35,000, to re-allocate $5,000 into the Legislature’s FY2026 contractual budget; and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $229,273.00 from the Foreign Assistance Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury to provide funding from the People’s Republic China grant for the Kosrae High School Renovation; and for other purposes.

To amend State Law No. 13-14, Section 2 at subsections 915)(c ) and (15)(d) to supplement the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure to provide funding for a Building Officer, to be stationed within the department; and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $18,000.00 from the US Federal Grants of the Kosrae State Treasury to providing funding for the Kosrae Public Radio Station for Broadcasting Equipment and supplies through (MAP); and for other purposes

To appropriate the sum of $17,060.00 from the US Federal Grants of the Kosrae State Treasury to provide funding for the Kosrae Tourism Authority for Women’s Handicraft Center Renovation through OIA (MAP); and for other purposes.

To amend State Law No. 13-90, to extend the lapse date of the FY2023 HPF/SHPO project in the State of Kosrae; and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $15,000.00 from the US Grant Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury for the purpose of funding the Kosrae FY23 Subgrant/Contract/Special Project; and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $5,400.00 from the Local Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026 for the purpose of providing funding assistance to the First Kosrae Disability Summit and the Disability Day Caravan scheduled for November & December, 2025; and for other purposes.

To amend State Law No. 13-145 by amending Section 4 at subsections (b) and (c ), to modify the Kosrae State Legislature’s FY2026 approved budget for Travel, Contractual and Others; and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $18,000 from the General Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury to fund the Kosrae Farmers Association budget needs for their operations, export and other related costs; and for other purposes.

To amend the Kosrae State Code by inserting new Sections 19.202A and 19.202b of Title 19, to grant the Governor oversight and waiver authority over development permit requirements and fees administered by the Kosrae Island Resource Management Authority, in cases of urgent or overriding public interest; and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $300,000.00 from the Local Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury to provide funding on Kosrae State Government loan repayments; and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $60,000.00 from the Local Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury to provide subsidy for the Kosrae Port Authority utility budget; and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $3,000.00 from the US Federal Grants of the Kosrae State Treasury to provide funding for subcontractor agreement between the REACH – Research Corporation of the University of Hawaii (RCUH) and Kosrae Department of Health Services; and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $37,400.00 from the US Federal Grant Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury to provide funding for the FY2026 Kosrae – Advancing Public Health Action to Prevent and Control Chronic Diseases in the FSM(FSM NCD); and for other purposes.

To amend State Law No. 13-145 at the “Title” section, Section 1, and Section 2 at subsections (1)(a)(b)(c)(e); (2)(b); 14(b): (16)(a); and (17)(c) to modify the International travel not concurred by JEMCO and the locally funded operation of certain departments of the Executive Branch; and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $250,000 from the US Federal Grant of the Kosrae State Treasury for the purpose of funding Kosrae State Office of Administration and Finance – Single Audit Assistance – TAP Grant D25AP00419; and for other purposes.

To further amend State Law 12-92, as amended by State Law 12-100; 12-129; 12-130; and 13-91 to extend the lapse date for the FY2021 Public Sector Infrastructure funded project – Kosrae Agriculture Station Facility project; and for other purposes.
