To amend Title 7 of the Kosrae State Code , at Title 7, Chapter 17, Section 7.1705 and further insert provisions under Chapter 17 to create a full-time Administrator position to work under the Price Control Commission and to establish duties and responsibilities of the Administrator; and for other purposes.
