Expressing, on behalf of the people and leadership of Kosrae, the sincerest gratitude and genuine appreciation to the late Reverend Elden Buck for his firm devotion, spiritual guidance and infinite love for the people of Kosrae.

The attached file is a copy of the resolution that was adopted by the legislature. In any case of dispute, the authoritative copy of the legislation shall always be considered to be the copy that is held by the records office of the Kosrae State Legislature.
