Urging the Governor to consider the following Constitutional amendment, to be proposed for referendum at the soonest special election, “Amending Section 3 of Article VI of the Kosrae State Constitution, by strictly terminating the term of a Chief Justice and associate justices, immediately following the expiration of the term, without any possibililty of extension or continuation of his or her employment or services.”
