To appropriate the sum of $50,000 from the Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury, particularly from the FY2024 unused budget, for the purpose of providing Kosrae State’s financial assistance to the Kosrae Island Veterans Association (KIVA) for its continuous services to the people and the State of Kosrae; and for other purposes.
