Consenting and confirming to the re-nomination of Captain Rinson J. Phillip to serve as the Chief of Police.

Consenting to and confirming the nomination of Mr. Chang B. William to serve as the Chief Justice for the Kosrae State Court.

Consenting and confirming the nomination of Mr. Johnson A. Asher Esq. to serve as the Attorney General for the State of Kosrae.

To appropriate the sum of $50,000 from the Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury, particularly from the FY2024 unused budget, for the purpose of providing Kosrae State’s financial assistance to the Kosrae Island Veterans Association (KIVA) for its continuous services to the people and the State of Kosrae; and for other purposes.

To amend the Kosrae State Code by inserting a new Chapter 18 under Part III of Title 7, to establish the Office of the U.S. Armed Forces – Active Duty and Veterans Affairs in the State of Kosrae; and for other purposes.

To amend the Kosrae State Code by repealing Section 2.901(2)(d) in its entirety and to be renumbered accordingly; and for other purposes.

To amend the Kosrae State Code by repealing Section 13.626(9) in its entirety; and for other purposes.
