To amend State Law No. 13-39, by amending the Title Section, Section 1, Section 2 and subsections (1)(a); (2)(a), (c) , (d), (e) ; (3)(a)(c (d); 4(a),(c) (d); (5)(a) (c) (d); (6)(a),(c) ,(d); (7)(a),(c),(d); (8)(a),(c) ,(d); (9)(a)(c),(d); (11)(a), (c ),(d); (14)(a),(c) ,(d); (16)(a); (17)(a),(c) ,(d),(e ); Section 9; Section 10 at subsections (1)(c) and (d); (3)(c); Section 11; and Section 12 at subsection (8) and insert a new subsection (13), to supplement the Amended Compact Fund; and to modify allocations of funding under the State Revenue Fund and the Foreign Assistance Fund; and for other purposes.
