Consenting and confirming the nomination of Mr. Mallun A. Talley to serve as a member of the Kosrae Island Resources Management Authority Board of Directors.

To amend the Kosrae State Code by amending Section 2.501(1) of Title 2, inserting a newly renumbered section (c) to add a new holiday known as Kosrae Women’s Day and ensuing sections to be renumbered accordingly; and for other purposes.

To further amend State Law No. 13-98, as amended by State Law Nos. 13-103 and 13-112, by amending Section 10 at subsection (1)(c ) to modify the Broadcast Authority’s FY2025 approved budget for Contractual (office building renovation); and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $2,500.00 from the Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury for the Fiscal Year ending September 30, 2025, to defray all costs associated with the 2025 International Women’s Day celebration by each community women association; and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $15,000.00 from the Local Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025 for the purpose of providing funding assistance to the Kosrae Women Association, specifically for supplementing the operation of the Kosrae Wolana Daycare Center; and for other purposes.

To amend the Kosrae State Code by inserting a new subsection (4) under Chapter 2 of Title 17, to establish an apportionment (in fractions) from fees collected from motor vehicle registrations; and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $12,000.00 from the Local Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury for the purpose of funding sports uniforms for the athletes and coaches participating in the upcoming Micronesian Games in the Republic of Marshall Islands (RMI); and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $5,000.00 from the Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury to fund the 2024 International Women’s Day celebration by each community women association; and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum $20,000 from the Local Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury for the extension of the hamlet of Walung’s Sea-Wall emergency fixing and reinforcement of the shoreline; and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $8,000.00 from the Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury to provide supplemental funding for the upcoming 2023 September Festivities in all respective municipalities; and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $100,000 from the Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury for the purpose of providing funding assistance for the 2023 Women’s Conference to be held in the State of Kosrae; and for other purposes.

To amend the Kosrae State Code by inserting a new subsection (31) under Section 13.703 of Chapter 7 of Title 13 of the Kosrae State Code, to include unattended minors in the back of an open-ended truck/flatbed vehicle; and for other purposes.
