Expressing the Thirteenth Kosrae State Legislature’s profound gratitude and sincere appreciations to certain individuals/entities from Honolulu, Hawaii, for their geneours donations and humanitarian support to the people and the State of Kosrae

To provide support for the municipal governments of Kosrae; and for other purposes.

To amend Title 10, Chapter 2 of the Kosrae State Code, by inserting a new Subsection (a) under Section 10.204(1), for the purpose of establishing The Fishing Fees Fund; and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $200,000.00 from the Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury to support the four (4) villages in Kosrae; and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $17,000 from the Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury for the purpose of providing supplementary assistance on representation for the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, State Senators and Acting Chief Justice; and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $8,000 from the Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury for the purpose of providing funding assistance for each respective Municipalities’ 2023 Memorial Day Celebrations: June 6th for Malem, July 20th for Utwe, August 6th for Tafunsak and January 18th for Lelu; and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $3,300 from the Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury for the purpose of funding the upcoming State Leadership’s community visits/outreach in support of the proposed FSM constitutional amendments; and for other purposes.
