Expressing the Thirteenth Kosrae State Legislature’s genuine respect, honor and acknowledgement of the life, contributions and work of the late Senator Paliknoa K. Welly and conveying sincerest condolences to his family and friends.

Expressing the Thirteenth Kosrae State Legislature’s sincerest condolences, acknowledgement, and recognition to the passing of the late Reverend Henry H. Skilling and its utmost appreciation for his many years of dedicated services to the people of the State of Kosrae.

To amend the Kosrae State Legislature Rules of Procedure at Rule 4.2.6 C, by adding Micronesia Red Cross – Kosrae Chapter under the jurisdiction of the Standing Committee on Health and Social Affairs (H&SA) and repealing the clause “physical and natural environment” under the duties of the Committee on Health & Social Affairs.

To appropriate the sum of $11,000.00 from the Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury for the Fiscal Year ending September 30, 2026 to provide funding assistance to the 2025 Annual Basketball Hoop slated for December 2025; and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $2,500.00 from the Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026 for the purpose of providing funding assistance for the General Election scheduled to be held in the Lelu Town Government in November, 2025; and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $3,000 from the Local Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury for the period ending September 30, 2025 for the purpose of providing funding assistance to the 2025 Lelu Memorial Day on January 18th; and for other purposes.

To amend the Kosrae State Code by amending Section 9.2102, Chapter 21, Part III of Title 9, to modify the airport utilization fee from twenty dollars ($20) to twenty-five dollars ($25); and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $4,500 from the Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury for the purpose of funding the 2023 Senior Citizens Day celebration; and for other purposes.
