To appropriate the sum of $5,000.00 from the Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026 for the purpose of providing funding assistance to Kosrae Lawn Tennis Association for hosting of the first “Play Tennis Course” in the State of Kosrae; and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $48,000.00 from the Local Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025 for the purpose of funding assistance to support the municipal governments including Walung, specifically for purchasing generators/others, for disaster readiness purposes.

To amend the Kosrae State Code by adding a new Chapter 10 under Part I of Title 11 of the Kosrae State Code, to establish the Land Partition Act of 2023.

To appropriate the sum of $15,000 from the Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury for the purpose of providing Kosrae State’s financial contribution to the Micronesian Legal Services Corporation (MLSC) for its continuous services to the region and the people; and for other purposes.

To further amend State Law No. 12-190, as amended by State Law Nos. 13-04, 13-07, 13-15, 13-22, and 13-23, by amending Section 10 at subsections 2(b), (c), and (d) to modify KIRMA’s approved budget from the Local Revenue Fund by reclassifying funds under Contractual object class to the Travel and Consumable object classes; and for other purposes.

To amend the Kosrae State Code by amending Section 13.534 of Title 13, Sections 19.357, 19.407 and 19.409 of Title 19 of the Kosrae State Code to include an exception for hunting seasons of Turtle, Pigeon and Fruit bats; and for other purposes.

To amend the Kosrae State Code by inserting a new Chapter 15 under Title 7 of the Kosrae State Code, thereby inserting a new subsection (15) under Section 7.102 with new sections 7.1501, 7.1502, 7.1503, 7.1504 and 7.1505, to establish the Kosrae Farmers Board; and for other purposes.

To amend the Kosrae State Code by amending and repealing certain sections of Chapter 14 of Title 12, by replacing a new alcoholic drink purchasing requirement; and for other purposes.

To amend the Kosrae State Code by amending Chapter 2 of Title 5, by inserting a new Section 5.211, to designate and rename the Kosrae State-owned museum as the Jacob Nena Memorial Museum; and for other purposes.
