Expressing the Kosrae State Legislature’s utmost gratitude and appreciation to especially lodging businesses, for the genuine and kind-hearted supports provided for the special occassions hosted by the State of Kosrae.

To amend the Kosrae State Code by amending Section 9.501 of Title 9, to amend the annual commercial license fee threshold from $200.00 to $300.00 for the municipal governments; and for other purposes.

To approriate the sum of $10,000 from the Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury to provide financial assistance to Metson Fred and family, specifically for a burned-down residential compound; and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $20,000 from the Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury for the purpose of providing financial assistance to the communities of Tafunsak and Walung for their relief and recovery efforts after the devastations from the recent King Tide; and for other purposes.

To amend the Kosrae State Code by establishing a new provision under Chapter 13 of Title 17, to establish a new police substation in Walung for Public Safety and further renumbering the current Chapter 13 and subsequent chapters to reflect such changes; and for other purposes.

To amend Section 9.501 of Title 9 of the Kosrae State Code by increasing the annual license fee amount from $200 to $5,000.00 and for other purposes.
