Amending Section 5 of Article IV of the Kosrae State Constitution, by repealing, in part, the six-month provision regarding a State Senator’s vacancy declaration due to incapacitation and absence from duty station, which was amended by the 2020 Constitutional Convention and later ratified in 2021.

Amending Rule 4.8 of the Kosrae State Legislature’s Rules of Procedure to modify the requirements for Committee reports.

To appropriate the sum of $5,400.00 from the Local Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026 for the purpose of providing funding assistance to the First Kosrae Disability Summit and the Disability Day Caravan scheduled for November & December, 2025; and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $25,000 from the Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025 for the purpose of providing funding assistance for the Kosrae women delegation participating in the 2025 Women Conference scheduled to be held in the State of Chuuk; and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $22,000.00 from the Local Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025 for the purpose of providing funding assistance to the 2025 Liberation Celebrations for the four municipal governments in the State of Kosrae; and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $15,000.00 from the Local Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025 for the purpose of providing funding assistance to the Kosrae Election Commission’s most immediate State-held election, in support of a proposed referendum relating to the repealingof a recently amended Constitutional provision regarding a Senator’s incapacitation and absence from duty station for six months; and for other purposes.

To amend the Kosrae State Code by amending Section 18.608(2)(a) of Title 18, to increase the rate of sick leave earnings for all permanent employees, from three (3) to six (6) hours per pay period; and for other purposes

To further amend State Law No. 13-98, as amended by State Law No. 103, by amending Section 4 at subsection (b)(c)(d)(e) to modify the Kosrae State Legislature’s FY2025 approved budget for Travel, Contractual, Others and Fixed Asset and by further amending Section 6 at subsection (a) to add salary for an additional Associate Justice for the Kosrae State Court; and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $23,230.55 from the Local Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury for fiscal year ending September 30, 2025 for the purpose of providing financial support to the parents of Xavier High School student tuition fees; and other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $5,000 from the Local Revenue of the Kosrae State Treasury for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025 for the purpose of providing financial assistance to the Kosrae Disability Day, slated for December 3rd, 2024; and for other purposes.

To amend State Law No. 13-98 by reducing the reprogramming percentage from fifteen percent (15%) to ten (10%) for all allowable budgets; and for other purposes.

To amend State Law No. 13-98 by inserting a new subsection 15, to strictly prohibit the reprogramming of funds from the Personnel object class to the other object classes; and for other purposes.

To amend the Kosrae State Code by inserting a new subsection (17) under Section 13.251 of Title 13, to prohibit the practice of price gouging of goods, services, and commodities; and for other purposes.

To amend State Law No. 13-46, by amending the salary of certain exempt positions under Title 5, Title 6, Title 10 and Title 11 of the Kosrae State Code; and for other purposes.

To amend State Law No. 13-72, by amending Section 2 to include funding assistance to the 2024 FESTPAC; and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $15,000.00 from the Local Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury for the purpose of providing funding assistance to the upcoming Festival of Pacific Arts (FESTPAC) scheduled to be held in Honolulu, Hawaii; and for other purposes.

To amend Title 6, Chapter 12 of the Kosrae State Code by replacing Section 6.1203 with a new context to codify additional qualifications of Justices of the State Court, as prescribed by the Kosrae State Constitution, and to renumber subsequent sections accordingly; and for other purposes.

To amend State Law No. 13-48, as amended by State Law No. 13-37, by amending Section 2 at subsection (1)(c) Section 4 at subsection (c) and Section 6 at subsection (c) , to modify the Executive, Legislative and Judiciary Branches’s respective FY2024 approved budget for representation fund under Contractual; and for other purposes.

To further amend State Law No. 13-40, as amended by State Law No. 13-43, by further amending the effective date, to apply retroactive effect to October 1st, 2023; and for other purposes.

To amend State Law No. 13-46, by amending the effective date, to apply retroactive effect to October 1st, 2023; and for other purposes.

To award a one-time increase in the annual salary for all full-time state government employees under Title 4, Title 5, Title 6 and Title 7 of the Kosrae State Code regardless of employment status, whether it be contractual or exempt positions, to conform with State Law No. 13-40 which has instituted a 45% salary increase to all public service system employees of the state government and to further amend the Kosrae State Code at Title 4, Sections 4.301; at Title 5, Sections 5.501; at Title 6, Sections 6.1203; at Title 10, Sections 10.410; and Title 11, Sections 11.609, to comply with the same conformity; and for other purposes.

To amend State Law No. 13-40, by amending the effective date of the salary increase for public service system employees authorized by law, from January 1st 2024 to be subjected upon availability of secured funding; and for other purposes.

To amend Section 2.501(1) of Title 2 of the Kosrae State Code by inserting a new subsection (i) to add a new holiday known as Kosrae Disability Day; and for other purposes.

To amend section 18.601 of Title 18 of the Kosrae State Code by modifying the salary schedule of Kosrae State Government Public Service System employees to include a forty-five percent (45%) salary increase to its amounts and to award the same to all other State Government employees; and for other purposes.

To amend the Kosrae State Code by inserting a new subsection 8 of Title 9, Chapter 3, Section 9.301 of the Kosrae State Code; and for other purposes.

To amend Title 6 of the Kosrae State Code by amending Section 6.1601 to change weekly deposit to daily deposit in the State Revenue Fund fines and fees received by the Court; and for other purposes.

To amend the Kosrae State Code by amending Section 13.517 (1) of Title 13, to prohibit the consumption of alcoholic drinks during the Good Friday holiday; and for other purposes.

To amend Title 6 of the Kosrae State Code by amending Section 6.5101 to add in the absence of the Chief Justice, any Justice of the State Court may present the report; and for other purposes.

To amend the Kosrae State Code by repealing Chapter 15 of Title 7 of the Kosrae State Code in its entirety; and for other purposes.
